We will do our best to accommodate you in the fastest way possible, understanding how inconvenient it is to be without your vehicle. The majority of our work is done by appointment, enabling us to reserve enough time for your vehicle's work.

Should your car or truck need emergency repair our goal is to get it back on the road as quickly as possible. It may be helpful to understand how our work flows. Each day those customers who have an appointment for that day are taken care of first. Secondly, we service those who have had an appointment on a previous day and have been waiting for parts or have a lengthy repair. Our Service Manager then adds to the work flow any emergency repairs, drop-ins or those vehicles having special needs..

The majority of our customers' vehicles are in and out the same day. We service over 20 cars daily and as you would expect, everyone wants their's done right a way! We make every effort to be realistic when discussing with you the needed work and how long it will take, so that you can plan accordingly.

If your schedule allows flexibility, please feel free to drop your car off at any time. We welcome the opportunity to be of service.

Making an appointment...

It is helpful for us to know the following when you call:

  1. Everything you would like your technician to address and/or the symptoms your vehicle is having
  2. The day and time you need your car/truck back.

Going on a trip? Scheduling two weeks in advance is to your advantage as well as ours. If special order parts are needed or an involved repair is required, that will provide enough time. Your technician will not have to rush and you will then have peace of mind knowing that your car is safe for travel.

How far ahead do I need to schedule an appointment?

Being the most respected shop in the area we are often booked up to a week or more in advance. Some repairs take less time than expected, meaning drop-ins are more than welcome. Feel free to call and inquire if we can squeeze you in.
