P.A.T. Wins Worldwide Award
P.A.T. located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, was awarded the 1997 Bosch Jetronic Cup and was declared the BEST independent auto repair shop in the United States by the Robert Bosch Corporation after competing in a multi-leveled evaluation. The Jetronic Cup was presented to P.A.T. along with the other five continental winners, at the awards ceremony held in Wernau, Germany.
The judging included, in addition to other items:
- how extensively our technicians are trained
- what diagnostic equipment we have available
- our approach to customer relations
- the appearance of our shop
The other recipients of this prestigious award are independent service business owners in Japan, Australia, France, South Africa, and Mexico.
